Unfortunately, as our goods are perishable, we regret that we do not offer returns or refunds on our products, unless due to defect or fault.

If faulty, please contact us on hello@morava.uk detailing the nature of the fault. If you have returned the product(s) to us because they are faulty or misdescribed, once we have investigated and approved the matter, we will replace/exchange the faulty goods within 5 working days.

Glass orders can be collected free of charge from Gigi's Restaurant, Lidget Hill, Pudsey.

Sorry but we cannot post orders for Glasses.
